Education: Minimum Graduate (BSCS/BSIT/BCE/BTE/) (B.COM/B.A) with Computer Hardware Diploma/ Minimum 1-Year Certification
(Applicants having B.A/B.com degrees & diploma or certification in information technology can also be considered)
Experience: 4 – 5 years experience in desktop support in a corporate organization.
Job Duties:
- Strong command on Windows 8, 10 & 11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong command on MS Office, specially on Outlook, eMClient & WPS Office
- Strong command on Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Helping and guiding Technical Assistance team in resolving pending complaints
- Technical Assistance tickets management
- Store System Management
- Technical Assistance Team Management
