Experience: 0-2 Years of relevant experience
Skills: Analytical / Advanced MS Excel / Excellent Communication
Job Duties:
- Update routine ISMs
- Develop new ISMs
- Improve existing ISMs
- Understand business processes, develop tool and techniques to monitor quality of services.
- Update SOPs
- Any other tasks assigned by hiring manager
