Technical Associate Assistant
- Provide support to end users at local office and branch offices.
- Problem diagnostic and troubleshooting of PC’S, Notebooks, Printers and scanners
- Problem diagnostic and trouble shooting of Data Network, IP Technology and in coordination with relevant team
- Problem diagnostic and troubleshooting of windows, Desktop Applications and Business Applications
- Installation and Configuring of PC’s & Notebook for users
- Visit branch offices and branches for support
- Equipment inventory verification & reconciliation.
We Require
- Computer Graduate- Diploma/ Certificates in Hardware
- 2-3 years experience in Help DeskWe offer
- Permanent position with salary upto 30K with benefits.
Technical Assistance IT Procurement
- Graduate (BBA/MBA)- Microsoft office Certification
- Good verbal & Written Communication Skills
