KAPRAY and ZELLBURY is hiring “Customer Support Executive” for its Karachi office. Incumbent should be at least under graduate with 6 months of relevant experience, must be familiar with CRM systems and has exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills.
Customer Support Executive has to identify and assess customer’s needs by following procedures, policies and communication guidelines to handle their complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions.
