Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Pay attention to detail and active listening.
- Maintain reports and customer profiles.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Must have exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills.
