Registrar (Contractual -03 Years)
This senior administrative role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the institution and ensuring the efficient management of academic records, statutory bodies, and key operational activities. The incumbent will serve as the custodian of the Universityโs common seal and play a vital role in supporting the Universityโs academic and administrative functions.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing academic records, statutory bodies, and supporting the universityโs academic and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records of statutory body meetings, processing applications for accreditations, managing the Quality Management System, overseeing academic operations, supervising administrative and security matters, handling human resource management and legal issues, organizing convocation ceremonies, managing university operations, and conducting elections for various university bodies. The incumbent will also be expected to take on any other responsibilities assigned to them from time to time.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates holding an 18-year masterโs degree, preferably a PhD, with a minimum of 17 years of experience at BPS-17 or equivalent in public, private, semi-private, or autonomous institutions, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have at least five years of proven relevant experience at HEC-recognized higher education institutions.
Ideal applicants should possess strong knowledge of university governance, academic processes, and administrative operations along with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Controller of Examinations (Contractual -03 Years)
The Controller of Examinations (CoE) will be responsible for overseeing all exam-related matters, including administering exams, processing results, verifying documents, and issuing transcripts and degrees. The CoEโs role is to create a technology-driven, efficient, and transparent system that ensures reliable evaluation procedures and prevents unfair practices.
Key duties include planning and scheduling exams, maintaining student records, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies during exams. The CoE will also be responsible for organizing examinations, coordinating with faculties for smooth exam operations, managing exam records, overseeing invigilation duties, maintaining academic credential records, providing information on transcript issuance, safeguarding student records, managing blank answer books and result sheets, tracking issued transcripts and degrees, maintaining alumni and dropout records, ensuring compliance with regulations, liaising with authorities for official documents, and assisting with special assignments and new initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to upholding academic integrity.
