The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise embroidery designs and converting them into digitized patterns for production. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that the embroidery meets high-quality standards and reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert textile designs into embroidery patterns using digitizing software.
Ensure precise stitch counts and thread colors align with the original design.
Prepare digital embroidery files for production.
Work closely with the design team to meet specific design requirements.
Troubleshoot and correct any design or production issues related to embroidery.
Optimize embroidery designs to ensure efficiency in production.
Stay updated on the latest embroidery techniques and software advancements.
Ensure that the quality of the embroidery matches Khas Stores’ standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Embroidery Puncher.
Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar).
Strong understanding of fabrics, thread types, and stitching techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers and production teams.
