Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Masterโs degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, finance or part qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk or Audit in financial institute/banking with good knowledge of prevailing banking laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of CRM Guidelines:
ยท To develop appropriate procedures & processes and ensure their proper communication to relevant line managers/staff at all levels to ensure that they are provided with all current and accurate information required to maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements. - Compliance Risk Management Training:
ยท To ensure that need based training programs are designed to help spread the message of importance and significance of compliance risk management.
ยท To enhance the awareness of compliance risk, will arrange in-house/outsourced training for employees at different hierarchal levels. - Internal Control:
ยท Assisting in developing and implementing of internal Control Framework.
ยท Managing follow-up on internal control issues raised by SBP/External and Internal Auditor during audits. - Additional Tasks:
Assisting in coordination during SBP Inspections and any other relevant tasks/assignment as and when entrusted by Management.
