Who are we looking for?
- Preferably a Masterโs degree or equivalent in finance or a related field from an overseas / HEC recognized university.
- At least 1-2 yearโs banking experience (preferably in ADC Operations). Project Management experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- ATM Transactional Reconciliation
- Periodical/Daily review/checking for ATM Card transactional reconciliation and settlement thereon.
- Coordination with relevant vendor / agent for timely transactional dispute resolution.
- ADC transactions settlements/reconciliations.
- RAAST transactions reconciliation and disputes management.
- Periodical reporting on ATM transactional reconciliation to stakeholders including F & A.
- Customer Dispute Resolution
- Be the focal point for coordination & resolution of Customer complaints related to ATM Cards & transactions.
- Ensure coordination & resolution of customer complaints related to ATM Cards & transactions.
- Ensure maintenance MIS of logged calls, issue resolution & periodically report.
- Coordination with KMBL branches & ATM Operations Desk for resolution of Customer Complaints within allotted TATs.
- Periodic Reporting
- Responsible for periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) SBP and internal reporting on Card & ATM Operations.
- Coordination with internal (DRC, ITD etc.) and external (Vendors etc.) stakeholders for required data/information and onward reporting thereon.
- Maintain MIS of logged calls, issue resolution & periodically report.
- Focal point for periodic bills/invoices related to ADC operations and coordinate for approval and payment thereon.

Education & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in business administration, commerce, accounting, economics, finance from HEC recognized/overseas university.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Area Manager.
- Business
Achieve business targets of all KMBL asset and liability products and services assigned to the branches in area.
Ensure branch teams are cross-selling KMBL products to maximize revenue.
Identify business opportunities for both asset and Liability products and other financial services and guide BM/RMs in business acquisition. - Portfolio Quality
Ensure territory portfolio is within the set bench mark for the year.
Ensure effective loan loss management in line with prescribed criteria by conducting routine reviews of delinquency levels and collection effectiveness and enforcing collection parameters as stipulated by Credit/Risk Department. - Budget & Profitability Management
Maximize revenue generation, contain service delivery cost and ensure territory profitability through sustainable business growth & controlled expense management against allocated budgets. - Monitoring & Staff Development
Ensure all financial/non-financial objectives set for the year are closely monitored and reported as per schedule and implement corrective measures where required.
Identify and communicate staff capacity gaps on regular basis. - Compliance
Ensure enforcement of internal control, compliance of KMBL policies and SBP regulations.
Review audit & compliance reports, identify area of improvement and take practical action for improvement.
