Khushhali Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking candidates for the position of Phone Banking Officer
Location: Islamabad
Job Objective: To manage all customer interaction over the helpline in a fair manner that all concerns are addressed in courteous and efficient way and support all functions\tasks within the contact center provided by the Contact center manager.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 1-2 Years’ of contact center experience in a financial institution.
For Fresh candidates : Must be fluent in speaking Pashto/Sindhi or sariki laungage.
