Position: HR Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations.
- Acts as a resource to management personnel in the areas of job design and organizational structures.
- Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Managing end to end payroll, records and relevant documentation.
- Maintaining And updating all employee records.
- Processing the final settlement of employees.
- Processing of Employee Loans and Salary Advances applications.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs/Masters in Human Resources or any relevant discipline.
- The Candidate must possess less than 02 years related experience preferably in F&B industry. Good Communication Skills, ability to delegate, Teamwork, Time Management
