Training & Support Executive
Number of positions: 01
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the companyโs product.
- Promote the companyโs product by addressing or predicting clientsโ objectives.
- Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platformโs blended learning solution are met.
- Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide.
recommendations on best teaching practices. - Provide support and feedback after solution deployment.
- Provide training and conduct learning workshops/boot camps.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support & engagement processes.
- Plan and oversee new business development initiatives.
- Create reports and plans for the prospective clients.
Skills required - 01 โ 3 years of experience
- Experience in marketing and training will be preferred
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Takes initiative and is able to work under pressure
- should be proficient enough in using Microsoft office tools.
Education/Eligibility
- Bachelors/Mastersโ degree in Engineering, CS/IT, Education, Business Administration or related discipline
- Traveling: 70% travel required.
