What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: CA/ ACCA/ ACA/ ACMA/ MBA in Finance
- Experience: Work experience in Oracle Order Management & Dispatch Modules, Supply Chain Modules, and Discrete Manufacturing.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong system analysis and technical documentation abilities.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting configurations for new requirements.
- Excellent decision-making and administrative skills for managing subordinates.
- Demonstrates strong motivational skills and expertise in project execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and manage ERP Functional Team to achieve project implementation milestones.
- Perform process mapping, business process, and requirement analysis.
- Develop and supervise AS-IS and TO-BE designs, testing, and deployments.
- Ensure customized EBS forms meet user requirements effectively.
- Resolve conflicts between development teams and end-users.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ability to resolve end-user problems effectively and within timelines.
- Support team members in performing their tasks efficiently.
- Achieve desired results with available resources and within deadlines.
