Applications are invited from Pakistan nationals (Punjab Domicile), who are dynamic, dedicated, and competent professionals in relevant fields and like to serve in a rapidly growing University located at Murree, Punjab.

Terms & Conditions for the Post of Registrar, Controller of Examinations, and Treasurer:

1. Registrar (BS-20)

• Required Qualification:
  • Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Eight years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
    OR
  • MS or M.Phil. (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Ten years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
    OR
  • Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by HEC; and
  • Twelve years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
• Age Limit: Minimum 40 years, Maximum 50 years

2. Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

• Required Qualification:
  • Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Eight years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
    OR
  • MS or M.Phil. (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Ten years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
    OR
  • Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by HEC; and
  • Twelve years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
• Age Limit: Minimum 40 years, Maximum 50 years

3. Treasurer (BS-20)

• Required Qualification:
  • Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Eight years of post-qualification relevant experience.
    OR
  • MS or M.Phil. (2nd Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Auditing or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC; and
  • Ten years of post-qualification relevant experience.
    OR
  • MBA in Finance, M.Com., ACCA, or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC; and
  • Twelve years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Minimum 40 years, Maximum 50 years

Tenure:

• Three (03) years contract, non-extendable.

Pay, Leave, Perks & Privileges:

• As admissible to a Government Servant in BS-20.

Notes:

1. Applications should reach the office of the HR Section, Registrar Office by 30th September 2024 (during office hours).

6. Candidates are required to submit a processing fee in the original demand draft of Rs. 3000/- for the post of Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree.
7. Previous experiences carried out by KUM for the posts of Registrar, Treasurer, and Controller of Examinations have been canceled.
8. Applicants for more than one post must submit separate applications.
9. Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible to apply.
10. Eligible candidates will be called for an interview/test.
11. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
