Category Specialist – Household & Personal Care (Experience: 2+ years) Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Responsible for brand onboarding, stock monitoring, and replenishment based on stock cover days across the territory
- Leverage existing reporting structures and use data to set priorities for the business
- Ensure OTIF with a minimum fulfillment rate of 90% at each of our DCs – to work closely with suppliers/distributors to ensure this
- Closely monitor stock cover days on a Dark Store level for optimum business performance and assortment availability
Requirements:
- Sales/eCommerce experience is an advantage but not required
- Outstanding Problem Solving & Analytical Skills & be able to manage work on short deadlines
- Highly adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
