KSB Pakistan is hiring an Area Service Manager to be based in its Karachi Regional office. Details of this position are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and track the progress of all
service requests. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for
improvement in service delivery. - Develop and implement new service initiatives to improve customer
satisfaction and efficiency. - Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of working on Rotary Equipment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
