Key Result Areas:

• Pump Dismantling , Pump parts cleaning , Assist in pump assembling and
  servicing

Major Responsibilities:

• Execute in-time cleaning of materials of inspection of received materials.
• Dismantling of low-tech pump.
• To prepare spares after cleaning and dismantling of pumps/materials for
  inspection and repair.
• Cleaning of each part of the pump for inspection.
• Assembly of low-tech pump including submersible pump according to
  procedure.
• Shifting of the pump to the test bed.
• Bring the material from the machine store
• Housekeeping of dismantling area.
• Carry out all the assigned activities given by the supervisor.

Requirement Profile:

• Formal Education: Matric
• Professional Experience: 2 years of servicing in a workshop
• Special Skills: Repair of low-tech pumps.

Key Result Areas:

• Inspection repair of Multistage pumps and high-tech pumps /Horizontal
  and vertical
• To ensure quality of work as per work instruction & and as per manual

Purpose of the Position:

• Accurately machining, fabricating repairing, and maintaining various
  components of the pumps from the creation of production orders to final
  testing and handing over to the store for dispatch.

Major Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling
  machines, and grinders.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Fabricate precision parts within specified tolerances using manual
  machines.
• Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and other accessories needed for
  machining operations.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working
  environment.

Requirement Profile:

• Formal Education: DAE – Mechanical.
• Professional Experience: 2 years of servicing in a workshop.
• Special Skills: Hands-on experience on pumps of low-tech pumps.
