Job Opportunity: IR Executive
LAMA is looking for a dedicated versatile generalist and IR Executive who will be responsible for employee relations, managing EOBI, PESSI, SESSI portals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1-Bridge between the management and workers/employees.
2-Liaison with government, labor, local authorities, etc. who have a major impact in the operations of the organization.
3-Grievance handling the above is a highlight on the role of an IR person.
4-Handling of disciplinary cases, analyzing complaints.
5-Drafting charge sheets, domestic inquiries and dismissal/termination.
6-Coordination with legal advisors to obtain legal opinion.
7-Act as a supporting role to other HR functions.
8-Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
9-Make HR reports and dashboards.
10-Work as a data analyst, helping and suggesting HR activities.
11-Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.
Minimum Requirements:
1-Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Masterโs degree in Human Resources, MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
2-Prior experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry is required.
3-Proven experience in Industrial Relations Management, hands on experience in working on SESSI, PESSI and EOBI portals is crucial to the role.
4-Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR technologies is a plus.
5-Attention to detail is crucial to the role.
Location: Lahore
Salary: Rs. (65,000 โ 70,000)
