Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with YOZOโs marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and effective content delivery across all channels.
- Monitor and adjust the calendar based on performance analytics and market trends.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, engage, and liaise with influencers to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with YOZOโs target audience.
Creative Briefs and Agency Coordination:
- Work with the marketing team and external agencies to develop detailed creative briefs.
- Ensure that creative outputs align with YOZOโs brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Provide feedback and guidance to agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee YOZOโs Shopify platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory on the e-commerce site.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Order Processing and Customer Success:
- Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Innovative Customer Connection:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch new campaigns and promotions.
- Create and execute initiatives to connect with customers in meaningful and creative ways.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to develop strategies for increasing customer loyalty.
