Requirements: Bachelor in Textile, (Experienced 4 to 5 years)
- Responsible to manage Cut to pack operations.
- Responsible for supervision of production team.
- Maintain and update efficiency of productions.-Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.
- Manage and communicate project tasks (customer orders/fresh orders) according to priority to the respective Merchandisers.
- Discussion with other team members (like merchants, cutting team, planning team / marketing team).
- Ensure quality of production or stitch goods.
- To ensure appropriate working environment for all employees of the stitching unit.
- Prepare project feasibility as per information from the management
