Management Trainee Officer (MTO) (Inventory)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store activities.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping across all stores.
- Maintain accuracy in inventory records by performing regular audits and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all inventory management procedures are followed and that stores comply with organizational policies.
- Prepare and present inventory-related reports and recommendations to management.
Education:
- Bachelors in Supply chain or relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Efficient in MS Office along with the knowledge of ERP would be a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
