Position: Retail Trainer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer, with experience in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Proficient in using office software and online training tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Program:
  • Design and develop training courses and materials for staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and market trends.
• Conduct Training:
  • Organize and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring staff fully understand and apply the knowledge gained.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect feedback on training effectiveness, analyze results, and optimize and update training content as needed.
