Job Description:
- Ensure delivery of highest standards of customer service
- Manage the team to ensure all complaints and escalations are handled
- Interact with Operation support teams to plan and achieve needed resourcing and training plans
- Achieve the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) targets and efficiency objectives
- Achieve key operation results and KPIs for both qualitative and efficiency matrix
- Work towards continuous improvement at performance through extensive analysis and action planning
- Coach team members to improve their overall performance and identify the area of improvement
- Define, develop and deploy Service Quality Model & quality assurance strategy.

- Devise automated QA strategy and ensure its alignment with business

- Formulate SOPs and quality measures to streamline core business processes
- Resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents
- Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in technology area
- Analysis of business process workflow within specific systems and make recommendations improvement
Job Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of payment switches, web services โ SOAP/REST APIs, TLS/SSL encryption
- Strong working knowledge of ISO8583 and its variants
- Having Global Payment Schemes certification (VISA, MasterCard, China Union Pay, JCB)
- Working knowledge of tools like Selenium, JMeter
- Strong scripting knowledge in any language like Python/Perl/etc.
- Strong SQL query writing
