Job Title: MDM Project Manager
Work Location: Karachi Head Office
Role Description: This role focuses on working with the Global Data Transformation Lead and the Global Master Data Leads to ensure that the Analyst team works effectively on prioritized objectives. It will ensure that projects are appropriately coordinated and tracked. Additionally, the role supports Liptonโs success through providing training and communications on master data management. This role focuses on understanding the communication and training needs of Lipton for MDM, planning the delivery of this training and communications, working with other key stakeholders to develop training and communication materials, and delivering the training and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data improvement and change management projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Assist in tracking project tasks and timelines
- Support communication and documentation efforts
- Manage project-related administrative tasks
- Communicate data quality improvements and changes effectively to stakeholders
- Create clear and engaging communication materials
- Gather feedback and requirements for continuous improvement
- Develop change management strategies and plans
- Identify potential risks and mitigate resistance to change
- Distribute information about upcoming changes and their benefits
- Develop training programs and materials for new processes or systems
- Conduct training sessions for employees affected by changes
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders
- Create clear and engaging communication materials
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve change strategies
- Develop training programs and materials for new processes or systems
- Conduct training sessions for employees affected by changes
- Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Key Requirements:
- Master Data is critical to all aspects of running Lipton, and this role is critical to ensuring that Lipton colleagues have correct and role-appropriate understanding of how to leverage and manage master data
- Effective communication and training plans will ensure efficient and timely adoption of MDM policy and process changes, effective use of tools and automation, and navigating changes in organization and operating models to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- As Lipton improves its Master Data Management capabilities this role will be critical to ensuring that the intended benefits are achieved
