Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily branch operations, including loan disbursement, repayment collection, target mobilization, and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Optimize branch workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage branch resources effectively, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skill set required for the position:

• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
• Time Management.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office.

Job Specification:

• Graduate or Masters
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferably in the field of branch operations.
