Senior Officer/Officer-Digital

Location: Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support through various channels (phone, email, chat) regarding digital banking services.
• Educate and guide on the usage of digital products.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with IT teams to resolve technical problems promptly, ensuring timely responses to end users.
• Support in conducting proper UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as required and share feedback.
• Support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital channels.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital initiatives.
• Oversee the management of hardware used in digital operations, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently while keeping the proper records.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite.

Skills

• Good understanding of digital banking products and services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
