DEPUTY MANAGER – MDM

Lucky Cement Limited is currently seeking individuals to join us as Deputy Manager – MDM at our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Master Data Management (MDM) activities related to the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of all master data across the organization.
• Resolves master data issues promptly and escalates unresolved matters as needed.
• Regularly reviews and enhances existing MDM policies and procedures, and develops new ones to address evolving organizational needs.
• Performs data cleaning to eliminate outdated, unused, or duplicate data, improving overall data management and reporting accuracy.
• Identifies and implements controls to enhance data quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provides training and ensures knowledge retention regarding MDM processes across relevant teams.
• Establishes effective communication and builds strong relationships with business stakeholders to support MDM initiatives.
• Analyzes and reports MDM trends and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Leads and manages a team of MDM professionals working within SAP and legacy ERP systems.

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Science/Commerce/Business)

Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience.
