Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Manager for our Agri Sciences business based in Bahawalpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the territory in-line with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure full compliance of the team with the Company’s HSE policy and Code of Conduct with special focus on product stewardship and road safety.
- Provide regular updates to the RSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
- Ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy for ROI.
- Provide insights for product development based on a strong customer network both at dealer as well as farmer level.
- Liaise with relevant government departments like Agriculture Extension.
- Focus on people development to effectively deliver business objectives and enhance the team’s engagement levels while inculcating a culture of trust and respect.
- Ensure timely and accurate market insight reporting.
- Provide recommendations for the right mix of customers and ensure settlement within defined time limits.
- Manage travel and development expenses by conducting a cost/ benefit analysis.
- Seek new business opportunities to improve market share.
