Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Training for our Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales teams to assess their training needs and fulfil their requirements with the consensus of Training Manager.
Liase with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to identify the training gaps for Territory Managers (TM). - Ensure compliance with IFPMA/ AstraZeneca Gulf Pharma codes and other standard external and internal guidelines whilst also ensuring that Company’s code of conduct, ethics policies and Gulf Pharma code are clearly understood and implemented.
- Ensure preliminary training is provided to all TMs within three weeks of joining the business.
- In case of new launches, provide initial understanding of subject (Prelaunch trainings which includes disease area and product).
- Organise events like product trainings, training cycle meetings, update requirements of new trainees and perform any other activities assigned by the Training Manger.
