Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Ensure comprehensive compliance with the Company’s HSE, Code of Ethics, and Product Stewardship Policy.
• Achieve agreed TP/NSI and volume targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing on-the-job coaching to team members.
• Compile market data to influence business support for new sales opportunities, contributing to the preparation of marketing plans.
• Monitor and manage inventory at farms, dealers, and other distribution channels to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain strong liaison and relationships with government livestock officials for effective collaboration.
