Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to sustain and expand the business, grow the customer base, contribute to new product development, and conduct training/educational programmes for the sales team and key accounts.
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance relationships with existing distributors, optimising their performance.
• Achieve assigned sales, prescription, and market share goals.
• Monitor, document, and report competitor activities in the territory, devising appropriate counter-strategies.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to both direct and indirect clients, addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Take responsibility for recoveries and maintain customer outstanding balances in accordance with Company policy.
• Conduct product/market surveys to identify gaps and formulate strategies accordingly.
• Attain sales and profitability targets in the region.
• Emphasise efficient forecasting and ensure adequate stock levels.
