Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager – Crops for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish sales plans and strategies to sustain the business, expand the customer base, contribute to the development of new products, and conduct training/educational programmes for the Sales team and key accounts.
• Attain assigned sales, prescription, and market share goals.
• Observe, record, and report competitor activities executed in the territory and identify an appropriate counter-strategy.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage recoveries and maintain customers’ outstanding balances in line with Company policy.
• Conduct product/market surveys to identify gaps in the market and devise strategies accordingly.
• Achieve (%) sales and profitability targets in the region.
• Focus on efficient forecasting and ensure adequate stock levels.
