Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager – Paints and Coatings in the Industrial Chemicals segment for its Chemicals and Agri Sciences business, based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to sustain and expand the business, including contributing to new product development and conducting training programmes for the sales team and key accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales, prescription, and market share goals.
• Monitor, record, and report competitor activities in the territory and develop appropriate counter-strategies.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to direct and indirect clients, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Manage recoveries and maintain customer outstanding balances in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct product and market surveys to identify market gaps and formulate strategies accordingly.
• Meet (%) sales and profitability targets within the region.
• Focus on efficient forecasting and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
