Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an E&I Manager – Utilities for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens and Allen Bradley
- Hands on 11 KV protection relays, Steam/Power generation, AC/DC Motors and different starters troubleshooting/maintenance
- Configuration and troubleshooting of conventional and smart instrumentation
- Lead SHE improvement initiatives and hazard studies for plant projects.
- Oversee plant area expenditures to maintain budget compliance.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective E&I maintenance activities.
- Investigate and resolve critical equipment failures, ensuring efficiency.
- Manage spares inventory to prevent equipment downtime.
- Implement plant modifications for enhanced asset reliability.
- Develop training modules to upskill E&I staff.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies while managing contracted services.
