Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Information Security and Governance Manager for our IT Department based in Karachi.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Define and operate a framework of security controls and security management strategies.
• Develop and communicate corporate information security policy, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify risks arising from potential technical solution architectures and suggest alternate solutions or countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Apply and maintain specific security controls as required by organisational policy and risk assessments.
• Provide application and operation of elementary physical, procedural, and technical security controls.
• Identify and monitor market trends and proactively assess impact on business strategies, benefits, and risks.
• Implement, configure, monitor and maintain SIEM and endpoint Security solutions.
• Conduct Information Security audits.
• Identify potential threats and assess their business impact.
• Develop plans and procedures to respond to an incident.
• Ensure critical business functions can continue with a planned level of disruption.
• Implement and manage continuity management practices for cloud-based services and local IT Services
• Conduct applied research to discover, evaluate and mitigate new or unknown security vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Ensure the organisation continually co-creates value with stakeholders through use and management of IT services.
• Specialisms include — but are not limited to following IT Service Management practices:
  o Service Catalogue Management
  o Service Continuity Management
  o IT Asset Management
  o Incident and Problem Management
  o Service Configuration Management
  o Change Enablement
