Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Legal for its Legal team based in Karachi.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders on a variety of legal topics related to the Company’s businesses and products.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including labour laws and corporate governance.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the Company.
• Prepare and submit applications to various regulators.
• Maintain the IP registry and review trademark oppositions.
• Manage legal databases.
• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Expertise in legal statutory matters.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
