Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Maintenance (Vehicles, Mines and Quarry) for its Soda Ash manufacturing facility based in Khewra.

Necessary Skills Required:

The applicant must possess the following skills to be considered:

• Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of diesel engines, wheel loaders, dust extraction plants, and road headers.
• Experience in managing inventory to ensure the availability of critical spares while remaining within the budget inventory and CRE/Capex targets.
• Experience in overhauling hydraulic systems.
• Experience in managing teams and contractors. This includes people management skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in handling the maintenance of rotary equipment (gearboxes, pumps, etc.) shall be an added advantage.

Additional Skills:

• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office. Experience of working with SAP shall be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
