Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Mines at its Soda Ash manufacturing facility based in Khewra, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and cost-efficient delivery of rock salt to the works, ensuring adherence to prescribed dimensions and agreed targets to prevent rejections.
- Manage and ensure the smooth execution of daily maintenance activities for road headers and other mechanical equipment within the mine.
- Develop and implement skill enhancement and HSE training plans for mine staff, including conducting on-the-job and formal training sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of revenue and capital budgets for salt operations and ensure effective monitoring.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the Mines Act, Explosive Act, Punjab Mining Concession Rules, and Petroleum Act.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
