Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager SAP HCM & SuccessFactors for its IT team based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, and Recruitment, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Analyse and map client HR processes to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting issues post-implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials, keeping user manuals up to date.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with other systems such as SAP ERP and SAP Payroll.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP HCM and SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
