Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Officer Procurement for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire purchasing cycle, from order placement to invoice processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and any issues that arise.
• Implement and uphold supply chain best practices, including vendor management, inventory control, and JIT delivery systems.
• Organise and maintain procurement documentation such as purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier communications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities, and geographic factors to identify opportunities and risks.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, warehouse, QC/QA, and planning, to ensure seamless production and operations.
