Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle, including Onboarding, Hiring, Exit Management, and entitlements.
- Maintaining and enhancing monthly reporting through Dashboards.
- Ensuring governance by performing self-audits on SSHR processes according to agreed timelines.
Key Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP HCM and Success Factors, with additional advantage if familiar with Employee Central.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn.
