Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior officer – Warehouse for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business in Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan warehouse activities, optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.
- Organise logistics for FG dispatch based on FEFO basis.
- Ensure proper documentation of all material transfers from suppliers and external warehouses.
- Prepare and execute warehouse budgeting and expansion plans.
- Handle Internal, External, ISO, HSE, and Toller Audits, ensuring strict compliance.
- Train and develop warehouse supervisors and loaders to minimise handling damage and wastage during production issuances.
- Address and resolve warehouse employee concerns to enhance resource productivity.
- Consolidate monthly physical counts and reconcile finished goods stocks.
- Ensure that all received materials adhere to SOPs with proper documentation.
- Regularly inspect the warehouse for HSE and housekeeping issues and take immediate action.
- Ensure the warehouse team has necessary PPEs at all times within the premises.
- Train new staff on company guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
