Lucky Core Industries Limited is looking for a Senior Officer – Warehouse and Logistics for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature control and handling of sensitive materials.
- Optimise storage layouts to maximise space utilisation and minimise cross-contamination risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. production, quality assurance, procurement) for smooth material flow.
- Coordinate with external partners for timely and secure deliveries.
- Supervise and direct the workforce to ensure optimal warehouse performance.
- Ensure timely picking and dispatch of Finished Goods Material.
- Generate posting issuance documents using the SAP inventory management system.
- Oversee warehouse hygiene, batch-wise stacking, and accurate recording of material returns.
- Maintain GMP compliance and address any deviations identified during audits.
- Implement FEFO and batch-wise storage of finished goods material.
