Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Production Officer for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Hattar Industrial Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all manufacturing activities, including dispensing, washing, sterilisation, filling, and storage of products in work-in-process (WIP).
• Ensure that all equipment in the sterile area (e.g., D-H-S, Autoclave, Ampoule filling machine) is properly calibrated. Identify and report any critical processes requiring validation and calibration to the Assistant Production Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to sterile area staff (operators, workers) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure sterile area operations adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Implement and manage the production schedule (monthly, weekly, and daily) to meet manufacturing targets.
• Ensure batch manufacturing records are accurately maintained and – Maximise production output while maintaining quality standards and minimising material loss during the production process.
• Develop and implement smart production planning based on FG reports and sales requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Company HSE&S policies to achieve health, safety, and environmental excellence.
