Requirements:
Min BBA / MBA Marketing from a reputed Institute with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales (preference will be given to individuals having FMCG experience)
Candidates having Dairy Experience should also mention “Dairy Experience” in the subject.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall sales to B2B & B2C.
- Manage and effectively play their role in coordination with various departments of the company to achieve overall corporate objectives.
- Developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends.
- Develop strategies to penetrate in dairy markets
- Devise, Develop & maintain exemplary relationships with Institutional Clients
- Effective decision making after analyzing sales, costs and end results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with highly effective negotiation power
