POSITION: Customer Care Executive (females are encouraged to apply)

LOCATION: Karachi
BUDGET: Rs.25,000 – 35.000 per month (depending on profile)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelors.
- Demonstrated excellence in oral, written and electronic communications
- Good voice quality on phone
- Proficiency with computers, especially with MS Office, and good typing skills.
- Must be fluent in Urdu speaking.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Making calls to potential customers for sales pitch and book new orders.
- Communicating orders to Home Delivery supervisors and assuring if the products have been delivered and following up
- Sharing Daily Status Report with the management team.
- Managing Lucky Foods WhatsApp number.
- Responding to customer complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
- Handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and create a positive experience for each caller.
- To be a liaison between the customers and Home Delivery team.
