- Ensure Site Visits and Clients meeting in Office
- Thriving to ensure that given targets and goals are met.
- Should maintain a decent conversion rate on the leads provided (4%-8%)
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have the patience to build a proper pipeline and for cold calling too.
- Handsome amount of commission and incentives on targets.
