Mandi Express is hiring “Customer Success Representative” Khi ( Remote).
Education: Minimum Graduate BCOM / BCS
Experience: We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Retail (inbound and outbound calls attending, Live Chat experience).
Gender: Male only due to shift timing
Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 p.m
Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (Fixed Shift)
Competencies: Good Communication Skills, Be able to Listen others patiently, Good attention to Detail and must be Tech Savvy individual.
