We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professionals to join our team.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / BBA (Hons) in Sales & Marketing with 5~7 Years of retail Sales Experience (Preferably Paint)
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and providing leadership to the sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
