Senior Manager – Security Plant Site
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Security & CSR team at Plant Site, Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Retired Armed Forces Commissioned Officer having minimum 15 years of overall experience in Security Management preferably of an Industrial/Manufacturing/Corporate concern
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, law enforcement, or a related field
- Sound knowledge of security protocols, security systems, and security risks
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and respond quickly to challenging situations
- Ability to devise and implement security related SOPs and training employees
- Ability to liaison and interact with government bodies and local police
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office
